For every project we appoint a single point of contact to coordinate a swift response. Most importantly this point of contact is not only the project manager, but also the lead engineer which enables direct communications with customers and supplier on a technical and commercial basis. After handover you can be assured that the same person will be at hand to react to any other query. A notable strength is our low staff turnover. Our principal engineers have all been with us for over 15 years, and some almost double that!
